| i was wondering how long it took you guys to create the virtual interview. the questions are extremely helpful and the flash intro is... well unbelievable. to the website creator. what is your background like and how many years have you been doing web developing for. i am extremely impressed with your work. maybe you can help me create a website someday.

The virtual interview took about 3 weeks to make. We had a team of web developers working on the flash and graphics. The majority of the time was spent on generating the questions. It required a lot of time to make thoughtful questions, answers, and rationales. We contacted several Fellows and got their input. We discovered that some of the questions were not so "straight forward". Please make sure that you guys check out the resume builder when it comes out. I guarantee that it will be extremely beneficial.
As for my background, i have had 3 years of web development experience. A lot of the material that i used to create websites were easy to pick up. I use the following software to develop the websites:
1. Macromedia Flash MX
2. Asp.Net
3. Adobe Photoshop CS
4. Adobe Image Ready CS
I'm afraid that i may not have enough time to help you create a website. But if you ever need help, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks again for your wonderful comments.
