RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct benefit reviews, perform market competitiveness analysis and assist in preparing employee benefit statements, reports and presentations.
- Actuarial assessment on employee benefit programs such as post retirement medical allowances and severance payment obligation
- Assisting with the provision of a wide range of advice to clients on their benefit programmes, including accounting disclosures, M&A, benefit design and advice on emerging legislative developments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, statistics or other relative fields
- Previous consulting experience of employee benefit required
- ASA/FSA required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Basic Japanese is required.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
