RESPONSIBILITIES
- The responsibilities for this position will include significant data management and manipulation, auditing system data, creating and running macros and queries, and creating and distributing reports. - This position will be involved with the move to our new admin system, ALP.
- This position will work directly with others on the Actuarial staff and staff in various departments within TCM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or other relevant area. 0 - 4 years relevant work experience.
- The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to work somewhat independently with some guidance.
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills along with strong PC skills, including some programming.
- The qualified candidate will have experience with MS Word, Excel & Excel macros, Access, Document Direct and Vantage lookups.
- Experience with writing SQL queries would be beneficial. Knowledge of annuity products and our various bank/broker partnerships is helpful.
- Strong mathematical skills are essential.
