Further responsibilities include:&lt;br&gt;·	Competitor analysis and development of strategies to win against key competitors. &lt;br&gt;·	Analysis of rate and product needs. Work closely with the ratemaking units to negotiate and implement the changes. &lt;br&gt;·	Develop territorial business plans (PCP) with Operations Directors. &lt;br&gt;·	Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to the Operations Directors and Regional Offices on a variety of issues affecting Small Commercial. &lt;br&gt;·	Develop metrics and measures for monitoring results against Plan. &lt;br&gt;·	Analysis of commercial program business with the division. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Qualifications:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;·	Strong technical and analytical skills. &lt;br&gt;·	Knowledge of advanced actuarial techniques and Commercial Lines pricing methodologies is desired.  &lt;br&gt;·	Good customer relationship skills and demonstrate creativity and innovation. &lt;br&gt;·	Bachelors degree with advanced level courses in math, science or finance. &lt;br&gt;·	FCAS or ACAS desired though not required. &lt;br&gt;·	Strong technical skills as demonstrated by accomplishments and career progression. &lt;br&gt;·	5 + years of Property and Casualty experience.&lt;br&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 10 Mar 2005 08:42:20 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Admin</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
