Responsibilities:

· This position provides analysis and recommendations to the Small Commercial Operations Directors. Further responsibilities include:
· Competitor analysis and development of strategies to win against key competitors.
· Analysis of rate and product needs. Work closely with the ratemaking units to negotiate and implement the changes.
· Develop territorial business plans (PCP) with Operations Directors.
· Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to the Operations Directors and Regional Offices on a variety of issues affecting Small Commercial.
· Develop metrics and measures for monitoring results against Plan.
· Analysis of commercial program business with the division.

Qualifications:

· Strong technical and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of advanced actuarial techniques and Commercial Lines pricing methodologies is desired.
· Good customer relationship skills and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
· Bachelors degree with advanced level courses in math, science or finance.
· FCAS or ACAS desired though not required.
· Strong technical skills as demonstrated by accomplishments and career progression.
· 5 + years of Property and Casualty experience.
