·Representing the division on industry matters

Qualifications
·Fellow (FSA) in the Society of Actuaries.
·Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
·In-depth understanding of P&L.
·Ability to work independently, and manage projects and staff.
·Consultative approach to business, yet willingness to pitch in at all levels of technical work where needed
·Effective presentation skills.
·Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
·Knowledge of GAAP, Statutory, and Tax financial reporting methods for individual life products.
·Programming skills: Working knowledge of Excel and actuarial modeling software (preferably TAS).
